Leadership Forged at the Summit

As a CEO by 34, I tripled an organization's size in five years while leading hundreds of employees—experiencing firsthand what truly works in leadership and what doesn't.  And I am deeply passionate about helping others grow through servant leadership.

My journey from engineer to consultant to executive taught me an essential truth: exceptional organizations are built on cultures where everyone embraces their leadership potential.

Like the mountains I love climbing, leadership provides inspiration and perspective. The summit reveals not just the hard work earned on the path behind us, but the unlimited possibilities ahead. And helping others climb the mountain of life is both challenging and fulfilling. As we climb, we gain a clearer view of ourselves and what we’re capable of achieving with this one precious life we have. We realize that we can keep going, climb even higher, and grow into the best version of ourselves.

Today, through Phoenix Performance Partners, I help leaders transform their organizational cultures—not through complex frameworks, but through proven, straightforward approaches that unlock the potential already present in your teams.

My work is grounded in both academic foundations (University of Michigan, Notre Dame MBA) and the practical wisdom gained from both successes and failures in the executive chair.

While I'm deeply grateful for my professional journey, my greatest blessings remain my faith, my wife, and our three remarkable children who remind me daily of what truly matters.
